I was honestly VERY hesitant to book at first because Auris had so many glowing reviews and no subpar ones, which made it feel like a scam or too good to be true. But after my experience, I completely understand why! Dr Riaz was incredibly impressive. I was dealing with a very severe and unique ear infection, with multiple polyps, significant pain, completely blocked hearing, and a lot of inflammation and drainage. He came out same day (on a Sunday evening!), treated me at home, and made a noticeable difference immediately (my pain was 80% gone). He was thorough, knowledgeable, calm, and very reassuring throughout the process. He also followed up closely and made me feel like he genuinely cared about getting my ear properly treated, not just getting through the appointment. There were some complications due to my body growing new polyps very quickly after the first appointment, but Dr Riaz did not hesitate to squeeze me in for an additional follow up appointment to tackle the issue more aggressively (which ended up getting resolved beautifully). I am very impressed and very grateful. I would absolutely recommend Auris for everything ear related (also, don’t let the price point scare you. This is the best care you will find).
