Very happy with the service. Dr Riaz helped me with inner ear infection after a week of torture. Everything was explained well in details which gave me a relief as I went to NHS 3 times and they could not confirm what kind of infection I have. Very calming atmosphere, quick same-day appointment and service is on point. Thank you, would definitely recommend!

Auris Ear Care is the best solution anyone can ask for when suffering from an ear infection. Dr Rampuri is an absolute angel. He was prompt in getting back to me and offering me an appointment. Knowing that I was going to see a doctor at my my own home within two days of finding the practice online, was the most reassuring and comforting thing ever!!! Dr Rampuri was on time, extremely polite and professional and just so reassuring.I love the fact that this home service is only an email or phone call away and I highly recommend Auris Ear Care to anyone struggling with an ear problem and not knowing what to do.

Auris Ear Care were able to respond on a same-day basis when my ear became obstructed.Dr Rampuri provided a professional and friendly service which quickly rectified the problem with my ear. He also gave clear and detailed after-care advice.I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

My daughter found this company on line. Called them in the morning and they were able to home visit the same day in the afternoon. Dr Riaz was super friendly and gave advice on how the procedure works. Should my daughter ever get blocked ears again this company will be the first point of call.

I’m posting this review on behalf of my elderly uncle who was visited by Dr Riaz three days ago.My uncle cannot speak highly enough following his experience.He was shown courtesy and patience throughout and can now hear perfectly once again.He had become “forgotten” over the months, with his own Dr just saying “Drops,” the result being my poor uncle could barely hear at all.So on behalf of us both, I offer my huge thanks.

Brilliant. Hassle-free. Excellent communication and punctual. Friendly manner. Puts you at ease while performing microsuctioning. Good technique, gives feeling he’s done this many many times before! So performing it with a lot of experience. Microsuctioning was very tolerable.

Highly recommended! Dr. Rampuri is on time, professional and courteous. For the last week I've been having ear and jaw pain and decided to book an appointment to have my ears checked. Thankfully Dr. Rampuri was able to see me rather quickly and cleaned my ears. It was fast, efficient and clean. He brings his own tools and even a small table!

This clinic saved my life.My ears were completely blocked by earwax and I couldn’t hear almost nothing. The doctor came to my place in two hours and resolved my problem.Hard to find specially during pandemic and for a price not high than the others clinics.I truly recommend.

Excellent and friendly service. I had an almost immediate response to my email requesting information. I had a build up of wax in one ear which after drops recommended by my pharmacist had left me nearly deaf in that ear and in some discomfort. The doctor arrived promptly the day of my email and call. He was in full PPE . The treatment took only a few minutes and was not painful. A small amount of minor discomfort was all I felt. The wax was removed. The discomfort was gone and I could hear again. I believe the cost is reasonable and worth it for immediate relief and results.

Very pleased with the service Auris Ear Care provided me. After suffering from blocked ears for a few weeks and not being able to get an appointment for over a month at my local Audiologists. I found Auris Ear Care online who came to my home the next day and syringed my ears. Very professional service. I was walked through every stage and it was quick and simple and I was able to hear again straight away. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great,Can not recommend or thank them enough.The communication was fast and helpful.The service provided was first class and far from normal, yet handled in a professional and calm manner.Long story short, they remove an item from my young daughters ear (4yr old) in her sleep as she was afraid of hospitals and doctors.Myself and the doctor worked together to make her comfortable and safe before he removed the item from deep within the ear canal.On removal it was found to be mildly infected as we had tried to have it removed by the hospital 2 days before, with no joy as she was to distort.The doctor came at 10pm in the evening and the job was done.Thanks you again.

From the very first phone call explaining my problem, to them coming round to my house and treating me the service was just fantastic. They were very friendly, and explained every step of the treatment, they didn't rush it, they put me at ease throughout. I love the fact you can ring them up and not only get an appointment quickly, but they will come to your house. I have told people about Auris Ear Care and cant recommend them enough. Thank you.

Professional, efficient and effective. I am a busy person, and do not have the time to go to clinics etc... these guys are dynamic and make themselves available according to your availability. I will go as far as saying, this is a bespoke ear care service. Highly recommended.

Dr Rampuri was very assuring and thorough with his procedure. He talked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the inspection. After a quick inspection, he gave me useful advice on how to keep my ears clean. Very professional and courteous. I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and family as he has a passion for his work.

I really want to recommend Auris Ear care to everyone!As a musician my ears are vital to me and having suffered all my life with ear canals that block, I used to put off going to the Doctors to have my ears washed out, it was a painful procedure.Then I had my first Auris procedure, and I have to say, I will not be going back to my Doctors again, The Auris procedure is pain free, and gentle, leaving your ears clear so you can hear perfectly again!I had mine attended to a year ago for the first time by Auris, and again last week, and I will be doing so again in another year from now.The booking procedure is quick, efficient and their ear specialists are amazing!

Auris were great. I have had problems with my right ear for years having been told by my GP that I had "thin ear canals". I arranged an appointment at home with Auris and immediately felt that I had a professional looking after me. Turns out I don't have particularly thin ear canals but that I needed to treat my middle ear, which having followed their advice has resulted in pain free ears, at last! Auris offer a fantastic service, totally pain-free and they genuinely gave me confidence that my ears are now tip-top!

I have today received a visit from Dr.Riaz Rapuri to clear wax from both ears. This gentleman was extremely polite and early for our appointment.Bearing in mind that I only made the booking a few hours earlier.All in all a very successful meeting. Phoned Auris Ear care this afternoon. He came around to my home at 645 tonight. Couldn't believe the size of wax ball that came out of my left ear. The right was softer due to olive oil didn't seem so much. Result great, such a relief to get hearing back. Highly recommend the service.

I was pretty uncomfortable and had gone really deaf in my left ear, following a GP visit in which I was told I had loads of wax and to take sodium bicarbonate drops. Dr Riyaz was able to come to my house on a Saturday evening once my toddler had gone to bed. It turned out the wax was a false diagnosis and I had a full-blown ear infection. The drops my GP had prescribed me were actually making it worse. So after treatment on the spot and then with proper antibiotic eardrops, I can hear again and am no longer in pain! Can’t recommend this service enough.

Last Friday I have had an experience of 'Professionalism at its best' from Dr Riaz of Auris Ear Care. Not only he assessed both my Ears with a simple quick procedure and found wax in my one ear but also promptly carried out a simple pain free very effective Earwax removal procedure by using Earwax microsuction method. With help of his devise, it was quick, done in comfort at my home with gentleness and most of all with utmost care. Highly recommended!!!!!
